How did you first experience wind and what is your understanding of it?

Pretty young? When someone farts it’s bc they have too much wind. Or if they have joint/muscle ache. Also was told never to sleep with wet hair because of the dreaded wind.

Who told you about wind?

Parents. Recently, postpartum massage lady.

Do you believe in it? (Why or why not?)

Half. Think it’s useful as a way to be aware of habits that might cause unwellness. And i mean, tummy gassiness is real.

What are some ailments you have that may be caused by wind?

Farting a lot (because of some foods lah, but it’s accurate that those foods tend to cause “wind”)

What are the daily rituals you practice on your own for health and wellness?

Trying to be active? Staying cool and not too sweaty. Not going into AC as much as I can, or keeping temperatures high even with AC and turning it off soon as possible

How did you learn of these rituals?

It’s a family habit not to rely on AC even though Singapore is so hot

Do you think health and wellness is something that you should spend a lot on for it to be effective?

Why so?

I spend on movement classes, and very occasionally on supplements. I do feel the difference. Don’t have the discipline to maintain my health all on my own, and also there is wisdom and research in taking movement classes.
